Printing your cards

Warscrolls are 190 × 135 mm, two to a portrait page, or 138 × 98 mm, four to a landscape page. Ability cards are always 63 × 88 mm, nine to a portrait page.

• Print at 100% / actual size. "Fit to page" changes the card size.
• Set margins to none and turn background graphics on, or the coloured bands will be missing.
• Warscrolls and ability cards go on separate sheets, because they are different sizes. Mixing both in one set is fine; the pages sort themselves out.
• Fronts only prints the warscroll side, which is all most units need. Double-sided adds a page of backs (loadout, points, base size and notes) after each page of fronts. Print double-sided, flipping on the long edge; back pages are mirrored so they line up.
• Text sizes itself to the card: a two-line Spearhead unit gets large type, a named monster with six abilities gets small. If a card is too dense to read, use the large size or delete the weapon profiles the unit is not carrying.
• Use a gap of 2 to 4 mm if you cut with scissors, none if you use a guillotine.
• Card stock of 200 to 250 gsm holds up well. Ability cards at 63 × 88 mm fit a standard card sleeve, so plain paper in a sleeve also works.
